Hello My Name Is...
Tangela Miles
I am Tangela Griffin Miles, and this is my thirty-first year in Education and fifth year at the Perry Career Academy. I started my teaching career at Church Street Elementary where I taught 1st and 3rd grade. I received my Masters in Library Media and became the media specialist at Northcutt Elementary. I was later recruited to be one of two media specialists at Tri-Cities High school in Fulton County. I was there for 10 months and returned back to Clayton County Schools as their second media specialist at North Clayton High School. While there, I went back to school and received my Specialist degree in C&I and Administration. I served as one of North Clayton’s media specialists for 10 years until transferring to Jonesboro High School in 2007. I joined the PCA family in 2015 as their media specialist.
