Greeting Parents and Students of Perry Career Academy!
I have been teaching for 20 years in both middle and high school environments. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology Education from South Carolina State University. I continued my studies in the area of Higher Education/Administration and gained a Master of Education degree from Troy University. Finally, I obtained my Educational Specialist degree in the area of Administration/Leadership from Cambridge College.
Throughout my career, I taught middle school Life and Earth Sciences, in schools located in Holly Hill, SC, Augusta, GA and Lilburn, GA. I have also taught high school sciences such as Biology, Physical Science, Environmental Science, Human Anatomy and Botany, in schools located in Waynesboro, GA, Hampton, GA and Jonesboro, GA.
Currently, at Perry Career Academy, I facilitate learning labs in the areas of Physical Science and AP Environmental Science. As you can see, I have a variety of teaching and learning experiences that I can share and provide quality instruction to students. Please feel free to reach out to me when needed.
