Victoria Cooley
Hello, my name is Mrs. Victoria Cooley. This is my fourth year teaching at the PCA and my sixth year teaching World Literature. I will also be teaching Journalism for the second year. Before coming to the PCA, I taught English for two years at M.E. Stilwell School of the Arts. I got my bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and my master’s degree in journalism from the City University of New York (CUNY). Before teaching, I worked as a social media manager for a news company in New York City. I have also freelanced as a journalist for media outlets including the New York Daily News, Youth Today and The Juvenile Justice Information Exchange.
Apart from my professional life, I have two sweet boys (one who is almost five and another who is almost three years old). I love traveling and I have a passion for reading and writing. I am excited to continue my teaching career at Perry. Feel free to contact me at [email protected] or in room 207.
